Email us at contact@coolwallet.asia. We usually reply within a few business days. Useful subjects:
- Corrections — a spec, price or screenshot on our pages is outdated or wrong. These get top priority.
- Feedback — something in a guide was confusing, or a rescue scenario we didn't cover.
- Partnerships — we consider them, but we do not publish sponsored content disguised as reviews, and our verdicts are not for sale.

Because we are an independent guide and not the official CoolWallet website, some things are simply outside our power:
- Orders, shipping, warranty — we don't sell devices. Contact the official store at coolwallet.io.
- Lost funds or transactions — nobody, including us and including CoolBitX, can reverse a blockchain transaction.
- Your seed phrase or private keys — never send them to anyone. Not to us, not to "support", not to anyone claiming to be us. Anyone who asks for your seed phrase is trying to rob you.
⚠ Anti-phishing notice. We will never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase, remote access or a "validation deposit". If someone does this in our name, it's a scam.
Reporting fake sites and apps
If you've found a fake CoolWallet app, a cloned shop or a phishing "login page", we'd like to hear about it so we can warn readers in our guides. Include the URL and a screenshot if you can. For official security disclosures regarding the devices themselves, contact CoolBitX through the official channels listed on coolwallet.io.
