Who we are
CoolWallet.Asia is a small independent publishing project run by people who have been using hardware wallets since 2017 — long enough to have survived exchange collapses, botched firmware updates and at least one seed phrase written on a napkin that went through the washing machine. We write about CoolWallet products because the card format is genuinely interesting and because most existing coverage is either a rewritten press release or an affiliate page with five stars and zero criticism.
We publish in Traditional Chinese (our primary edition, aimed at readers in Taiwan), English, French, Japanese, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Every language edition is written for that audience, not machine-translated word by word.

This needs to be unambiguous: coolwallet.asia is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with CoolBitX Technology Ltd. or the CoolWallet brand. We don't sell devices, we can't check your order status, and we never handle your funds or your seed phrase.
The official website is coolwallet.io. Whenever we state exact prices, specifications or feature lists, we cite them from the official site with the date we checked. If our numbers and theirs ever disagree, trust theirs — ours are a snapshot in time.
How we research
Our editorial rules are simple:
- Specs are cited, not invented. Every measurable claim traces back to the official site or to the device in hand, with the date we verified it.
- Cons get equal billing. Every product has a dedicated disadvantages analysis. If a limitation would annoy you after purchase, our job is to tell you before.
- No profit promises. We do not publish price predictions, staking APY bait or "10x gems". Ever.
- Security first. When usability and security conflict, we recommend the secure option and explain the trade-off.
How this site makes money
